Please be informed that Windows releases drivers based on manufacturer's release addressing Windows 10 compatible device drivers. Hence we recommend you to download the drivers directly from the manufacturer's website this time and check if the issue still occurs.

Thanks for replying, And to confirm as advised by you it does the same thing when dirver tried installing the Hotfix or the update package from the AMD link shared above for the 32 Bit windows version I'm onUpdate installs and gets applied as it's supposed to but the moment the system is turned on again or re-started the resolution freezes to a lower one than what is recommended Zooming out everything and the drop down grays 550 completely.
